Refund Policy

JJ’s Cuisine – Ticket Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable once purchased. Please review all event details, dates, and times carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Event Rescheduling or Cancellation

• If an event is canceled: A full refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• If an event is rescheduled: All tickets will be valid for the new date. Customers who are unable to attend the rescheduled event may request a refund within 7 days of the announcement.

3. No-Shows or Late Arrivals

Refunds will not be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or missed portions of an event. Seating and entry are guaranteed only during the time frame stated on the ticket.

4. Transferability

Tickets are transferable to another person if you are unable to attend. Please notify us at least 24 hours before the event with the name of the new attendee for guest list updates.

5. Weather or Force Majeure

In cases of severe weather, power outages, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, JJ’s Cuisine reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel the event. Refunds or credits will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the situation.
