Pioneer Ave, Homer. This will be an outside event with shelter from weather provided. Guest are welcomed starting at 1:00. Ceremony/ Speakers will commence at 1:30-2:30pm. The community is invited to remain after the ceremony for further celebrations on the lawn with accompanied refreshments. There will be limited parking available on site reserved for accessible and elder parking. Additional parking will be available across Pioneer at the Seventh Day Adventist Church, at Captain Coffee and Connections Homeschool parking lots.
