Facilitated by Emile Lisauskaite, a trauma-informed Breathwork Facilitator trained through Owaken Breathwork, this transformative experience weaves together education, self-inquiry, guided long-form breathwork, somatic experiencing, trauma-informed support, sound healing, and integration practices into one deeply nourishing afternoon.

In a world that constantly pulls attention outward, this experience offers an opportunity to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with what matters most. Through the power of the breath, participants are invited to create space for greater clarity, emotional freedom, nervous system regulation, and a deeper connection to themselves.

Whether completely new to breathwork or experienced in the practice, this workshop is designed to meet each participant exactly where they are.

What Is a Breathwork Experience Like with Emile?

Emile uses a powerful somatic breathwork modality that utilizes conscious, connected breathing patterns combined with intuitive guidance, group and individualized coaching, and trauma-informed facilitation to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, authentic somatic experiencing, greater self-awareness, deepened clarity, and expanded states of consciousness.

Many people carry stress, tension, emotions, and life experiences that were never fully processed. Over time, these experiences can become stored within the body and nervous system, impacting overall well-being, emotional resilience, relationships, and quality of life.

Through intentional breathing, skilled facilitation, and co-regulation, participants are given an opportunity to safely move stagnant energy, process unresolved emotions, access deeper layers of awareness, and reconnect with their innate capacity for healing, growth, and transformation.

No prior experience is necessary.

What to Bring:
• Journal and pen
• Water bottle
• Eye mask or eye pillow (recommended)
• Pillow and blanket for additional comfort (highly recommended and often one of the biggest factors in creating a more supported and enjoyable experience)

Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that will help them feel relaxed, supported, and at ease throughout the journey.
