Kundalini & Double Sound Healing with Monika and Jenny

Join Monika Diebes and Jenny Bergold for a restorative evening of Kundalini Yoga and Sound Healing as they return to Rising Lotus Healing Center.

The evening begins with a Kundalini-inspired practice blending sacred mantras, mudras, breathwork, kriyas, and gentle movement to awaken energy, balance the nervous system, and open the heart. You’ll then journey into deep stillness through the soothing resonance of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other sacred instruments, allowing the body to soften and gratitude to flow from within.

No experience is needed; come as you are, relax, and let the vibration and breath guide you into peace, renewal, and heartfelt connection.
