They grow up SO fast. Therefore, it's important to connect. Family Yoga is an event designed for long-lasting, meaningful family connections. Expect yoga asana, music, laughter, fun, stretching, sound meditation, relaxation, and deep healing. We have the props, just bring your mat and wear stretchy clothes.

? Aunties and Uncles. Nieces and Nephews, call your favorite aunt or uncle.
? Cousins, go get your cousins. Have a “cousins only" outing.
? Grandma, grandpa, bring granddaughter and grandson. You, youngster, call your grandma/grandpa and invite them to YOGA.
? Step-mom/dad invite stepkids. Mom's boyfriend's kids and Dad's girlfriend's kids.
