As the sun sets your evening will begin with a short walk to the cattle yards, where you will learn about how Note Park Grazing Co is run and managed to produce premium grass fed beef.
We then make our way back to the venue where you can sit back, relax and take in the amazing views.
Your dinner will be three courses.
Bears BBQ Company will be smoking Chicken Marylands & Beef Brisket, with sides & a trio of desserts prepared by the Note Park kitchen team to accompany the smoked meats.
Drinks will be served by the Saddle Up Mobile Bar. Cash & Eftpos facilities available. Live entertainment will be performed by the talented, Klancie Keough.
Guess the weight of the cattle, closest guess wins.
