2025 Promises to be another memorable day and highlight on the social calendar in Northern Ireland!
On Saturday the 28 June 2025 at the Holywood Rugby Club, we are looking forward to celebrating and sharing our wonderful Southern African culture and heritage again in Northern Ireland. Invite your local friends and join us again for another fun-filled day and meet some new and local Southern Africans in and around our large marquee tent.
In 2025 we will have several amazing food and craft stalls with some ''lekker'' Southern African food and cuisine, with the famous Hellbent & Millikens boerewors rolls & burgers, biltong from Kenako Biltong & Moorcroft foods and other local producers. We will have plenty of South African goods from www.sagroceries.co.uk, and plenty of South African favorite desserts and products. We will have a special spitbraai dinner and dance on the Friday 28th from 7pm for only £40 (includes dinner, dessert free day ticket to the event) for a limited amount of 150 people on the 27th June Friday / (Children £10 dinner / bouncy Castles / Fun)
Last year we welcomed over 2300+ guests that attended and in 2025 we are expecting another well attended gathering with great entertainment for all ages. We will have some live music from some South African & Zimbabwian and local Northern Irish artists, and DJ & MC Clint Carlson is back to entertain us again with some of your favourite South African tunes again! We will have loads of fun for your children, with 6 large bouncy castles and also a massive assault course, and plenty of entertainment, a touch rugby tournament, fun activities, and glitter / flag tatoos for the children. Decathlon and the Northern Irish army will be back to entertain us again with some adveture and fun for all ages!
£9 per adult online ( £10 at the gate)
£3.50 per child (4-16) - Children under 4 year are free.

Earlybird £40 per person includes entry fee for both Friday and Saturday events, award winning dinner from Challas Roast includes three types of meats (lamb, chicken and pork) three side salads, and dessert. We will also have the one and only DJ Clint Carlson and special guests entertaining us with a wonderful selection of music and a dance floor to make it a memorable evening for all!
