Heart Space Yoga’s Kids Yoga Teacher Training is a nurturing, trauma-aware and developmentally informed course for anyone who feels called to support children through yoga, movement, breath, and mindfulness.

Over four immersive days, you’ll learn how to create safe, playful, inclusive spaces where children can move, regulate, express, and simply be themselves.
