- **Event Description**: Join us for a nourishing all-you-can-eat 3 sisters (corn, beans and squash) inspired meal by chef Neftalí Duran. As always all are welcome regardless of ability to pay. A sliding scale entrance fee of $0-$20 allows us to cover some of our food and supply costs. 

After dinner, we will be hosting a presentation and community discussion by MVP (Municipal Vulnerability Preparedness), which is currently creating a climate resilience plan for Holyoke via the Department of Conservation and Sustainability. 

A seed swap will also be taking place throughout the whole event. Bring seeds to share (within 5 years old) if you've got them. You are welcome to take seeds home regardless of whether you brought any. We will provide small envelopes and markers for portioning seeds.

Únase a nosotros para disfrutar de una nutritiva bufé inspirado por las 3 hermanas (maíz, frijoles y calabaza) por el chef Neftalí Durán. Como siempre todos son bienvenidos independientemente de su capacidad de pago. Una tarifa de entrada de escala móvil de $0 a $20 nos permite cubrir algunos de nuestros costos de alimentos y suministros. 

Después de la cena, organizaremos una presentación y un debate comunitario a cargo de MVP (Preparación Municipal para la Vulnerabilidad), que actualmente está creando un plan de resiliencia climática para Holyoke a través del Departamento de Conservación y Sostenibilidad. 

También se realizará un intercambio de semillas durante todo el evento. Traiga semillas para compartir (que no tengan menos de 5 años) si las tiene. Puede llevarse semillas a casa independientemente de si trajo alguna. Le proporcionaremos pequeños sobres y marcadores para porcionar las semillas.
