Join Nikka Alma and sound healer Amanda for an immersive evening of sound healing and somatic art. This experience invites you to pause, tune inward, and let both sound and creativity guide you into deeper connection with yourself.

Through grounding somatic practices, soothing sound vibrations, and intuitive painting, you’ll explore the landscapes of your inner world. This is a space to bring what lives inside — feelings, sensations, memories — out onto the canvas in color and form.

No art experience is needed, only curiosity and an open heart.

• A deep sound bath to quiet the mind and soften tension in your body
• Gentle somatic practices to ground, release stress, and reconnect with your center
• Intuitive painting to bring feelings, sensations, and inner images into color and form
• A flowing soundscape to support creativity and keep you in a state of easeful expression
• A closing integration circle to reflect, share, and carry your insights into daily life

Time: 90 minutes, 4.30 PM - 6PM

• Amanda Rose is a devotee of creativity and harmony. She is a multi-instrumentalist and joyful vocalist who weaves world music influences, ceremonial intention, and inspiration from the natural world into her sound offerings.

• Nikka Alma is an art therapist and guide in somatic creativity. She blends intuitive painting, body-based practices, and earth-rooted wisdom to help others reconnect with themselves. With warmth and depth, she creates safe spaces for self-expression, emotional release, and discovering the hidden gifts within one’s story.
