Join Nikka Alma and sound healer Amanda for a unique evening that blends the soothing vibrations of sound healing with the meditative practice of painting mandalas. This collaborative workshop invites you to slow down, listen inward, and let sound and color guide you into balance.

Through a gentle sound bath, somatic (body-based) grounding, and intuitive painting, you’ll explore the mandala as a mirror of your inner world — a sacred circle that reflects harmony, connection, and wholeness.

No art experience is needed, only curiosity and an open heart.

• Amanda Rose is a devotee of creativity and harmony. She is a multi-instrumentalist and joyful vocalist who weaves world music influences, ceremonial intention, and inspiration from the natural world into her sound offerings.

• Nikka Alma is an art therapist and guide in somatic creativity. She blends intuitive painting, body-based practices, and earth-rooted wisdom to help others reconnect with themselves. With warmth and depth, she creates safe spaces for self-expression, emotional release, and discovering the hidden gifts within one’s story.
