Playful Panda

This Sunday Pop Up is a class with an end pose. The class is all about getting your body ready for the end pose. Which means that everything is warmed up, stretched and ready to get a nice Playful Panda at the end of the class. It also gets you ready to put in any modifications that you need to get your best pose.

This class will be a vinyasa class with some breath practice and mindfulness to it.

The class is a small class allowing plenty of time for adjustments and modifications, giving you insight to improve your practice.
