I will be starting my new 5 week Yoga for Menopause course after the half-term. Starting Nov 6th.

Before experiencing the various menopausal stages, many people don’t realise just how wide ranging the symptoms can be. The decline in the hormones can lead to so many symptoms, affecting us in a multitude of ways.
That’s why, yoga, being a holistic practice, a science for the whole body & mind, can really help us.
Over the 5 workshop sessions, we’ll be incorporating the yoga Kosha System (5 bodies, or layers) - Physical, Mental, Emotional, Energetic & Spiritual - to tackle the multi-faceted way symptoms can affect us.
With relatively simple things to include into your daily routine, that can help you get back to feeling healthier, and more like you did.
Even if we know some of the useful tools and advice, it can be especially hard to find the motivation to make changes. That’s why it can be great to workshop alongside like-minded people, to give each other encouragement and feedback. So, join me on this journey.
You may be well into your own menopause journey, or just beginning, or even yet to be there. These practices can help at all stages, even getting ahead and being better prepared.
