- **Event Description**: This show jumping confidence-to-performance day camp is a focused, intensive training day designed to help riders turn nerves into consistent results in the ring. These camps blend psychology, flatwork, and jumping exercises so you leave riding better, not just braver.

Included in this training package:

Pre - meet on Zoom to prepare for your training day, explore common challenges and set your intentions and goals for your training.
Welcome breakfast, meet your fellow riders and get ready for the day ahead
Morning training session with focus on developing the Canter, working on your process and building great foundations.
A delicious lunch is included followed by a course walk, chat about the rules, distances and building mental preparation.
Afternoon simulated competition practice with warm up and  jumping a course,  video feedback and a second jumping round.
Mindset strategies to help you perform at your best are woven throughout the day.
Final reflections and head home feeling better able to feel ready for your next outing or competition with tools to feel confident and able and recover quicker from mistake and turn them into learnings.
