3D Needle Felted Landscape Brooch Workshop at Sam Dale, Holmes Chapel
Celebrate the beauty of our Cheshire surroundings with this cosy 3D Needle Felted Landscape Brooch Workshop, taking place on Thursday 12th February, 6–9pm at the welcoming Sam Dale studio in Holmes Chapel. Create a soft, rounded, woolly brooch inspired by rolling countryside, woodland paths, village architecture, or a favourite local landmark — complete with charming miniature details you’ll sculpt by hand.
About the Workshop
Led by fibre artist Vicky Pulman of Needlessly Felted, this beginner-friendly workshop guides you through the process of sculpting wool into a small, tactile, softly curved brooch base.
You’ll then layer colours and textures to build your miniature landscape — adding tiny trees, hedgerows, pathways, skylines, or recognisable local features such as church spires, bridges, or cottage roofs.
With step-by-step guidance, you’ll learn techniques for shaping and refining miniature 3D elements and adding delicate finishing touches that bring your tiny scene to life.
