Throughout the class, subtle aromatherapy is used to enhance grounding, relaxation, and emotional release — featuring essential oils such as lavender, frankincense, or chamomile.  As you rest in each pose, crystal and Himalayan singing bowls create a gentle sound bath that harmonizes the body’s energy and promotes inner peace.
