Where is West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval?
The festivities start at 6 PM and go on until 11:30 PM in the city of West Hollywood. Start at Santa Monica Boulevard from Doheny Drive up to La Cienega Boulevard. Plus there are lots of insane after-parties in various watering holes and multiple stages around town.

West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval History:
The event started out in 1987 as a platform to showcase the diverse culture of Los Angeles and today it’s one of the city’s biggest parties of the year. And that’s saying a lot considering the City of Angels’ reputation for throwing all kinds of social gatherings and epic nightlife.
