The ROSE (Recognition of Service Excellence) Awards recognizes front line hospitality employees who demonstrate excellent customer service. These industry champions showcase the region’s commitment to creating an extraordinary visitor experience. Join the FRLA Broward Chapter for the 2nd Annual ROSE Awards Ceremony taking place on February 12, 2026 at The Diplomat Beach Resort.


Nominations are OPEN!
• Individual must be a line employee (no management or supervisor positions)
• Open to all hospitality businesses in Broward
• Individual must work at place of business for at least 90 days from the nomination deadline
• Individual should exemplify the following characteristics: dependable, passionate, serves as role model to peers and committed to customer service.
