We will come into remembrance of the Sacred through attuning to the ancient Celtic holy day of Imbolc - the midway point between the winter solstice and the spring equinox. Step through this potent threshold to renew your spirit in preparation for the coming of spring with nature-centered rituals, gentle yoga, traditional crafts, other thoughtfully created activities to fan the internal flame and the magic that arises from the warmth of heart-centered togetherness.

Imbolc is also known as Saint Brigid's Day (February 1st). Saint Brigid, a patron saint of Ireland, is intimately connected with the Celtic Goddess Brigid, both intimately intertwined and Keepers of the Sacred Flame. We will weave her powerful Divine Feminine presence throughout the fabric of this retreat, embodying our sovereignty, our intrinsic wholeness and the eternal nature of our Sacred Flame.

- 8p.m. Educational slideshow - history of Brigid, Paganism, & early Christianity w/ herbal tea

Saturday
- 8:30a.m. Breakfast
- 10a.m. Purification Ritual w/ the healing waters directly from Saint Brigid's sacred well in Kildare, Ireland.
- 10:30a.m. Gentle Yoga (all levels)
- 11:30a.m. Reflective Journaling
- 12:30p.m. Lunch
- 1:30p.m.- 2:30p.m. Nature Activity (mandala making or labyrinth walk)
- 2:30p.m. - 4p.m. Free time to enjoy 200+ acres of forest and lakeside trails. Bring an inspirational book to read or practice self-reflective journaling. Meditate in the quiet chapel space or schedule a 30-minute massage or Reiki session (for a discounted retreat rate of $30).
