5:30 AM – Sunrise Meditation

6:00–7:00 AM – Sunrise Yoga Flow

7:00–8:00 AM – Coffee Conversation & Philosophy

Retreat Schedule:
8:00 AM – Check-In & Breakfast Bar

9:00 AM – Opening Circle

8:30 PM – Closing Circle & Departure
