Join us for a 6-week women’s self-defense class designed to help you feel safer, stronger, and more confident in everyday situations. This class focuses on practical, real-world self-defense techniques, situational awareness, and personal safety strategies—all taught in a supportive and empowering environment.

Classes will be held at the Holly Ridge Community Center on Saturdays from 10:00–11:00 a.m., beginning February 28 and running through April 4th.
