We're Parents Workshop

Blissful Waves & Big Moves PT have teamed up to bring you....We’re Parents Workshop!! Created specifically for families who are in their third trimester or navigating the fourth trimester (postpartum). This workshop is designed to help you feel prepared, supported, and confident as you transition into life with your baby.

The workshop is open to moms and dads, and will focus on the often overlooked fourth trimester, the first 12 weeks after birth.

What we’ll cover:
-Postpartum expectations
-Breastfeeding & bottle feeding
-Newborn care & sleep
-Baby’s physical development & play time

Whether you’re preparing for birth or already home with your newborn, this workshop offers practical education, reassurance, and guidance to support your growing family.
