What is F3?

F3 stands for Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith. It’s a free men’s workout group open to all men. We meet early in the morning to get a win when the sun comes up. There’s no cost, no pressure, and no judgment. Just a group of men getting stronger together.

We believe that men are called to lead… in their families, at work, and in their communities. F3 gives you a place to train that muscle. It’s about more than burpees and pushups. It’s about building brotherhood, sharing life, and becoming better men. And yeah, you’ll get in great shape along the way.
