8:30-45AM arrive, center, welcome circle + Divers smoothies
8:45-10AM breath work, slow flow yoga + surfers hip mobility hacks
10:15-12ish surf!
12:30-1:15PM Shaka breakfast burritos + community + optional quick second surf sesh
2-3PM optional shopping spree (with discounts!) @ Spinnakers and 50 South + social/hangs
