This year’s 9/11 Bridge Walk carries an even greater significance as we mark the 25th anniversary of September 11, 2001.

Twenty-five years later, we continue to remember the nearly 3,000 lives lost, honor the countless heroes who answered the call, and recognize the courage and sacrifice of first responders, military members, and ordinary citizens who stepped forward during one of our nation’s darkest days.

We invite our entire community to join us as we walk across the Surf City Bridge and back. Together, we will pause to remember those we lost, honor those who served, and ensure that the memories and stories of September 11th are never forgotten.
