To ensure a successful day for everyone, we are carefully limiting duplicate vendor types so booths are not competing with identical products. 🍴 Food Vendors: We will be accepting approximately 5 food vendors only, so selection will be competitive. 💜 Nonprofits: We will accept a limited number of nonprofit organizations. 🪻 Returning Vendors: We already have a few vendors locked in who secured their spots from last year. If you were a vendor in 2025 and did not pre-pay to hold your 2026 spot, you will be considered alongside all new applications. ✨ We are curating the BEST of the BEST this year. 🏆 Lavender Booth Contest: On the day of the festival, we’ll have secret judges visiting booths to award Best Lavender-Themed & Most Eye-Catching Setup — the winner gets their booth fee refunded! 🌿🪻Every booth must include something lavender-inspired — whether it’s: • The flower • The color • The fragrance • Or a creative lavender-themed element We want every booth to help tell the lavender story 💜 📅 Vendor Selection Timeline: • Applications close end of February • Vendors announced early March • Chosen vendors will have 48 hours to pay once notified (If payment isn’t received, the next vendor on the list will be offered the spot.) 📣 Marketing Requirement: All chosen vendors must actively promote that they’ll be at the 2026 Lavender Festival.
