This powerful practice combines pranayama (breathwork), movement, mantra (sound vibration), and meditation to shift & awaken energies, release what is no longer needed, & set intentions for the new year. This practice is open to all levels and experiences.

Immediately following, we take you on a total body sound immersion. This is the ultimate relaxation experience, where the healing power of sounds & frequencies harmonize energetically between the mind & the body. Immerse yourself in the synergy of gentle vibrations of Tibetan & crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other instruments, creating a meditative atmosphere that evokes a sense of peace and deep relaxation. Elevate your well-being and unwind in this blissful journey.

Sound healing is an ancient practice that uses vibration and frequencies to slow the brain waves down to a deep restorative state – allowing space for healing and relaxation. The vibrations from the sound waves help to open the chakras (energy centers) and release any blocked energy that may be present. The benefits of receiving sound healing are truly profound and often lead to renewed sense of purpose, greater happiness, and a higher state of wellbeing.
