2025 Hollister Independence Rally

The Hollister Independence Rally is roaring back to life this July 4th & 5th in downtown Hollister— and we couldn’t be more thrilled!

For decades, Hollister has welcomed motorcyclists with open arms, offering not only a sense of freedom and camaraderie, but also some of the most breathtaking rides in California. From the rolling hills of San Benito County to the winding roads that cut through lush vineyards, farmlands, and oak-lined canyons, our countryside is a dream come true.

Often referred to as the "Birthplace of the American Biker," Hollister’s legacy dates back to the famous 1947 motorcycle rally that ignited a cultural movement and forged a lasting bond between our community and riders from around the world.

This iconic event has been a beloved tradition for generations, and after a hiatus since 2017, we’re cranking up the engines and bringing the thunder once again in partnership with Roadshows, Inc.!
