TEAM BE BETTER; is a Holland-based nonprofit organization that provides no-cost family-centered mental health support, education and advocacy for adolescents, young adults, and student-athletes. 

The care model, launched by the Miskelley family, offers resources to help keep families involved and informed while navigating the mental health journey of a loved one. We understand that knowing where to start, and being able to help with accurate information are critical to a young person's wellbeing. Families experience a much difference level of access  and education about mental health compared to physical illness or injuries. 

* Attend our free community talk to learn how a family-centered care model can bring parents and caregivers off the sidelines.
* Learn about how our nonproft, no-cost model serves as a resource for families throughout West Michigan. 
* Walk away with an understanding of how families can learn more about the spectrum of mental illnesses and care options, and how personalized education can improve next steps and outcomes. 
* Find comfort in knowing there are options to create a care plan that provides continuity for a young adult at home, or while away at school.
