Join us for this powerful retreat experience that builds on our 1-day mindfulness training to provide more than 30 additional activities with horses, which will support repeat clients and offering multi-day programs and retreats for mindfulness, wellbeing, self-care, and personal growth programs.
This is a journey into the hidden realm of horse culture that is unknown to most, where we'll experience horses as Master ∞ Energy ∞ Movers. Horses move energy to balance themselves and their herd. They also do this to us.
Most interactions involve being in the presence of horses where they decide how to interact with us. You'll expand your understanding of horses as spiritual beings, how they move energy, and ways of connecting deeper to understand their messages.
What you’ll gain from this experience:
1. Experientially learn over 30 new heart-centered meditations, breathwork, and other mindfulness techniques to facilitate experiences with your clients for mindfulness, wellbeing, self-care, and personal growth programs
2. Explore energetic exchanges with horses and their deeper herd culture, plus expand your understanding of the meanings behind these experiences
3. Step-by-step processes with all the meditation scripts, activity descriptions, forms, tools, templates, and sample agendas to facilitate your own programs right after the training
Prerequisite: Attend the 1-Day Mindfulness Facilitation at the same location the day before this training, or contact us for self-study options.
Prior certification is not required.
