Join us at 6pm on TUESDAYS this summer (June 2 through August 25) on the hill of Tunnel Park, Holland, MI for an all-level Body Soul Flow Yoga, while you enjoy the beautiful views of Lake Michigan and breathe in the fresh air! No “yoga” experience is needed. Just come, move, and breathe together. It is super trauma informed, deliciously soulful, absolutely anatomically make-sense! It will stir up all parts of you for transformation without geting your systmes overwhelmed! If you are an experienced yogis, let's go deeper into the practice.
Grab a mat, water bottle, towel, and maybe a friend or two.

This is a FREE of charge event. Free will donation is welcomed to support a non profit Journey of Hope Yoga studio https://journeyofhopeyoga.org/ which provides fee-free yoga classes for anyone who want to come. Please check out Journey of Hope Yoga’s full weekly schedule. All weekly classes are free and open to everyone. Signing up online is recommended if you would like to get an email notification for weather related cancellation.

This class is taught by Ria Anastasia Nieboer, C-IAYT, RYT500/E-RYT200, LMSW, ADS, EMDR -certified, who provides complex trauma outpatient treatment and one-on-one 3 day intensives for high-performing professionals who have held and carried so much for so long in order to unburden and reset their nervous systems using EMDR, mindfulness, parts work, polyvagal and somatic modalities so they can lead, parent, and live with steadiness in freedom and authenticity instead of white-knuckling their lives. https://www.wholeheartedcounselingandyoga.com/
