The event, part of a daylong celebration of our nation, takes place within Community Homecoming Park and uses the Park's beautiful terrain to create a fun, challenging course. Awards will be presented by gender and age groupings!   Registration will all be done online and the portal opened on March 27th. Special thanks to our Presenting (Ace, the Countertop Shop, Sam's/Walmart, Savage, Sheetz, Sauder, Village of Holland and White Family Dealerships); Awards sponsor Culvers; Partner (Bowers, Crestline, 1st Federal of Delta, Green Earth, Hamilton Manufacturing, Hudson's Automotive, Paramount, Roosters, Scott Stigall, Visionary Ventures) and all additional sponsors for their generous support (visit springfieldtownship.net to view all) The proceeds from all Summer Series 2026 events will benefit  A.N.G.E.L.S Outreach (which helps veterans, youth and families through holiday food deliveries, gifts and other support); Blessings in Disguise (providing assistance with medical equipment, supplies and support to veterans and older residents); Dave's Running Shop offering an after school running program offered to elementary-aged children in Homecoming Park); Mountain Mentors (building confident, purpose-driven youth through faith, mentoring, and adventure); and Toledo Vet Center (supporting programming within the local VA).
