Learn to tackle the basics like when is the right time to can, what equipment to use, and how to can and preserve food to make sure it is safe. Learn the logistics of canning and take home some great research-tested recipes and jars to get you started!De Tuin Klas: Patch to Pantry will be held at Windmill Island Gardens in the white Celebration Pavilion (1 Lincoln Ave, Holland, MI 49423). Class fees are $15 per person and include all needed supplies. Tickets are non-refundable.
