Experience the invigorating benefits of nature and cold water immersion, designed to enhance physical recovery, boost mental resilience, and promote overall well-being. Alissa Caple, certified cold water therapy coach, will guide participants through the art of cold exposure, incorporating scientific principles, practical techniques, and mindfulness.

This program runs rain, snow or shine. This program will be physically taxing and is only recommended for healthy individuals. Those with heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, peripheral neuropathy, poor circulation, venous stasis, or cold agglutinin disease should not attend. Please consult with a medical professional if you have questions.
Participants will be given a personal floatation device (required), and neoprene socks and gloves to protect extremities. There will be a beautiful new warming hut with wood-fired stove, changing tents, and hot tea to assist with the rewarming process.
Please bring the following:
• A towel and warm blanket
• Wear athletic shorts and t-shirt under warm layers for the immersion
• Very warm change of clothes for after immersion
• Calorie dense snacks
