Journey of Hope Yoga is celebrating 8 years of sharing free Christ-centered yoga classes with our community! We invite you to join us for a special morning of movement, story, and connection.

9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Joy Flow Yoga led by Ria Nieboer
Move, breathe, ground yourself, and lift your heart in praise. This all-levels flow concludes with a time of scripture reflection and meditation.

10:15 – 10:45 AM
Our Story – Ria and Bonnie will share how the studio began and the heart behind this Christ-centered yoga ministry.

11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Balance & Mobility Yoga led by Bonnie Gruppen
A gentle, modified class designed for those who prefer a slower pace or are navigating health challenges such as arthritis, osteoporosis, cancer recovery, Parkinson’s, or other chronic conditions.

You are welcome to join us at 9:00, 10:15, or 11:00 AM and attend one or more of the offerings. We’d love to have you stay for the whole morning — and feel free to bring a friend!
All yoga props and mats are provided.

You are welcome to simply show up, or you may sign up on our website and receive a free gift.
