A transformative weekend retreat where we uncover, embrace, and alchemize the hidden parts of ourselves—the ones we don’t fully accept, the ones we protect, and the ones that quietly hold our deepest wisdom and learning.
The Sacred Mirror Retreat invites you into a profound journey of self-reflection. Through breathwork, movement, sound, heat rituals, and the Sacred Mirror process, you will discover the masks you wear in different situations—and understand how each of them has been working beautifully to protect you. As these layers are seen and honored, your own inner healing system activates naturally, creating space for clarity, authenticity, and transformation.
We begin by cleansing and softening the body with sauna, jacuzzi, sea dips and a restorative gong bath, creating the safety needed for deeper emotional work. The next day, the Sacred Mirror reveals what lies beneath your masks—the unspoken emotions, the hidden truths, the parts longing to be held. With guidance, compassion, and powerful practice of Spirit Breath immersed with sound, you learn to embrace those parts instead of fighting them… allowing them to transform.
By Sunday, you step into a new sense of spaciousness—more you, more real, and more free.
