Take a peaceful pause from the holiday hustle at Scent & Serenity.
Join us for this rejuvenating event that will help restore calm and balance.
First, Sarah will give a short lesson on the history, safety, and uses of essential oils before diving into some key oils for stress and anxiety. Then you will get to craft your own Stress Less roll-on to use and bring home.
After that, Camille will lead a relaxing yoga session and follow that up with a calming meditation.

About your hosts:
Sarah is a certified aromatherapist and organic lavender farmer that has been teaching and creating natural health products for 13 years.
Camille is a 500 hour certified yoga teacher with over 12 years of experience in Hatha, Yin, Restorative, and Vinyasa.
