Conor will introduce us to a new way to connect with our clients through Understanding the neuroscience of client decision making, apply communication techniques that reduce client anxiety and strengthen trust and engagement through intentional emotional shifts. This presentation is practical, ethical, and immediately applicable to client meetings. It will assist the Broker/Agent in the sales and support every client desires.The in-person meeting is free to members and $35 to non members. Non members can pay at the door. The virtual meeting is only for members. The meeting will provide 2 CE hours contingent on State approval. The CE is only for our members for Illinois continuing education.
