Holiday Magic & Mischief Home Tour

Load up the sleigh and jingle on over to our fast-growing community at the Welcome Center for a welcoming cup of hot cocoa and a snapshot with Santa and Mrs. Claus from 9am - 1pm.

Once you are in the spirit of things, take a stroll through 10 model homes by 7 premier builders, priced from the $200s to $700s. Imagine making holiday cookies in your sparkling new kitchen, trimming the tree in your beautiful new family room, and tucking the kids in for sugarplum dreams in their cozy new bedrooms. And the holiday fun doesn’t stop there — keep the celebration going as you explore everything The Grand Prairie has to offer!
