Join us for a deeply soothing morning experience led by Jessica of Chandra Yoga, where gentle breathwork meets the healing vibrations of a soundbath. This beginner-friendly session is designed to help you quiet your mind, release tension, and reconnect with a more grounded, positive state of being.
This free class is open to all and no experience is needed. Simply bring your yoga mat and come ready to rest, breathe, and be present. In the event of inclement weather, we’ll move indoors so the experience can continue uninterrupted.
