Winter Solstice Yoga Celebration at HAC

Join Maria DiCamillo in our Sole Studio for this special flow, guided meditation, and candlelit celebration using essential oils, as we ignite and radiate an inner fire and vibrant energy.

Winter Solstice marks the beginning of the sun’s journey northward, as well as the shortest day of the year. This gradual return of light is a time of celebration and affirmation, bringing the promise of spring and new life. In the spirit of encountering the light and dark within, we will practice both a challenging, powerful flow and mindful, restorative postures.

Let us rejoice and welcome greater calmness and clarity to prepare us for the holiday season and the winter months ahead. The winter solstice is a perfect time to balance these union of opposites and to spark and honor those aspects that are found deep within ourselves.
