While focusing on resonant tones of singing bowls, also notice the garden’s living soundscape: birds calling, leaves rustling, and subtle natural rhythms that deepen a sense of calm and presence.

This program takes place in-person at Mt. Cuba Center Two Sundays: 5/3 and 5/10 (Rain Date: Sunday, May 17).

About the Instructor:
Liana Thompson completed the Vibration Sound Therapy Certified Practitioner training with the Vibrational Sound Association in 2019. Her passion is in helping others gently address stress and emotional trauma using the healing sounds of the Tibetan singing bowls.
