Please join Aura Polyphonica, New Jersey’s Renaissance Collegium, as they present sacred
polyphony of great Spanish and Portuguese Renaissance composers. The concert will feature
Tomas Luis de Victoria’s (c.1548-1611) ‘Missa pro Defunctis’ (Mass for the dead) for six voices, as well
as motets by Alonso Lobo (c.1555-1617), Duarte Lobo (c.1565-1646), Juan Esquivel (c.1563-
c.1613), and Cristobal de Morales (c.1500-1553).
