Through mindful movement and intentional pauses, we explore what it means to soften, surrender, and give back from a place of fullness.This is a pay-what-you-wish offering, created to make yoga and wellness accessible to all while supporting our community.Please bring your own yoga mat (required) and wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement and outdoor weather, and consider bringing sunscreen, as it may be warm and sunny! The practice will take place in a shaded outdoor space with views of the NYC skyline, offering a peaceful setting to start your Saturday with presence and intention. As usual, complimentary water and wellness drinks will be provided after class!
