The event will feature eight one-hour HYROX classes running throughout the day, with 30-minute breaks between each session.

Class Times:

8:00 am – 9:00 am
9:30 am – 10:30 am
11:00 am – 12:00 pm
12:30 pm – 1:30 pm
2:00 pm – 3:00 pm
3:30 pm – 4:30 pm
5:00 pm – 6:00 pm
6:30 pm – 7:30 pm

Each class is limited to 15 participants, with entry costing $30 per person, and 100% of registration fees will be donated to Speak Up Stay ChatTY.

Individuals are welcome to participate, or groups can book an entire class together, making it a great opportunity for workplaces, sporting clubs, families, and groups of friends to get involved while supporting an important cause.

Every participant who registers will automatically go into the draw to win amazing raffle prizes generously donated by local businesses, giving everyone another reason to get involved while supporting a great cause.

We're also inviting local businesses to sponsor a class for $1,000. Sponsors will receive recognition throughout the event and promotion across Cult Fitness' social media channels, while helping raise vital funds for mental health awareness.
