Hobart Current is an innovative long-term partnership between the City of Hobart and the Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery (TMAG), nurturing and showcasing contemporary artists working across performance, music, film, design, visual art and literature.

Hobart Current: Here is the third exhibition program in this series, nurturing and showcasing contemporary artists working across multiple artforms.

Hobart Current: Here has been facilitated by Co-Creative Directors, Denise Robinson and Travis Tiddy. Seven artworks are situated at TMAG, with three artworks in public spaces within the city.

Hobart Current: Here artists are: Marion Abraham, Jodi Haines, Andy Hutson, Jade Irvine, Jenni Large, Sara Morawetz, Jonny Scholes, Mary Scott, Dylan Sheridan and Peter Waller. All have created new works spanning a diverse range of creative practices and media responding to the theme.
