Rekindling the spirit of '90s rave culture, London-based Gemi aims to infuse today's dance music scene with a unique blend of nostalgia and innovation in House & Garage. Having been a mainstay in the scene for a number of years now, he has garnered early and continued recognition from the likes of salute, Conducta, Disclosure, Sammy Virji and many more, with releases on labels such as Kiwi Rekords, ec2a, Shall Not Fade and Positiva (EMI).
Gemi skillfully weaves between the old and the new, drawing inspiration from authentic 90s House and Garage to stomping Hardgroove, euphoric Trance and everything in between. With His productions and sets driven by the mission to reclaim the lost art of dancing in the rave, he's graced the stage at such places as The Warehouse Project, Printworks, Outlook Origins, Motion, Fabric and more.
