What can I expect:
During YOGA FUNDAMENTALS, you will learn basic yoga poses and sequences for the beginner, and develop a foundation to understand yoga traditions and its philosophy.
The class will be based on the Vinyasa style yoga focusing on precision, combined with breathwork for strength and the right amount of flow.
Open to all levels, with a duration of each class of 75mins.
