What can I expect?
Pilates is a form of exercise emphasizing the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness to support efficient, graceful movement. It was developed by Joseph Pilates and is also known as the Pilates Method.
The Classical method - also referred to as Traditional Mat Pilates centers on the 6 principles of Pilates: Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breath, and Flow. Mat Pilates is suitable for a wide range of people.
