What can I expect?
Hatha Yoga is a great class if you're just starting your yoga journey or if you are looking for a regular, less vigorous exercise routine. The slower pace and a more gentle approach of Hatha is then just right for you.
Hatha Yoga helps to relieve stress, to support healthy habits, to improve emotional health, to ease back and arthritis pain, and even helps people quit smoking. The practice combines breathing techniques/pranayama, yoga poses/asana, mudras/hand gestures and meditation.
Hatha yoga is well-known for it's physical and spiritual benefits for the mind-body health.
